SETON HALL STATUS
Seton Hall enters a mid-week matchup with NJIT with an 11-12 overall record. The Pirates had a rough weekend suffering close losses to BIG EAST foes Butler and Xavier in Walsh Gym. Seton Hall had won six of its last seven matches before last weekend. The Pirates are 8-6 against non-conference opponents in 2013.
NJIT STATUS
The Highlanders enter tonight's contest with a 7-11 record. They had won five matches in a row before falling at Lehigh on Oct. 19, their last match. Danica Vukotic is NJIT's top offensive threat, averaging 3.38 kills per set.
AGAINST NJIT
The Pirates own a 3-1 all-time lead in its series with NJIT. Most recently, Seton Hall swept the Highlanders as part of the Seton Hall University Invitational on Sept. 16, 2011.
