
MGOLF Named GCAA All-Academic Team

NORMAN, OKLA. - The Seton Hall men's golf team was named a Golf Coaches Association of America (GCAA) All-Academic Team for having a collective grade point average of above 3.0 during the 2012-13 academic year.
To be eligible for GCAA All-Academic Team honors a college of university must submit the grade points earned and hours attempted for each player on its official squad list for the academic year.
The Pirates were one of 79 Division I programs to be recognized as an All-Academic Team. DePaul, Louisville, Marquette and Notre Dame are the only other BIG EAST programs among the prestigious group. The Blue Demons received a Presidential Special Recognition Award for being one of 10 schools with a collective GPA of high than 3.5.
