
Seton Hall Finishes 12th at the Mountaineer Intercollegiate

BRIDGEPORT, W.VA. - Freshman Gen Nagai (Mandaue Cebu City, Philippines) shot a team-best, 1-over-par, 73, in Tuesday's final round as the Seton Hall men's golf team finished 12th at the 2015 Mountaineer Intercollegiate.
Nagai's 73 is the lowest round of his young career and lifted him to a tie for 31st place with a final two-day score of 8-over-par with a 79-73-152. Senior Ryan Snouffer (Sparta, N.J.) and junior Lloyd Jefferson Go (Guadalupe Cebu City, Philippines) were the top Seton Hall finishers for the tournament, tying for 23rd place at 7-over-par. Snouffer shot a 73-78-151, while Go fired a 76-75-151.
Collectively, The Hall was two strokes better in Tuesday's final round, shooting a 17-over-par, 305. The Pirates finished the two-day event with a 36-over-par, 307-305-612. Penn State won the team title at 9-over-par. Seton Hall however, did finish ahead of its only BIG EAST competition, St. John's, which registered a 63-over-par, 639.

The Course:

The field consisted of 14 teams. Including Seton Hall and host West Virginia, participating schools include: Akron, Bowling Green, Cincinnati, Connecticut, Marshall, Miami (Ohio), Mississippi State, Missouri, Penn State, St. John's, Toledo and Towson.
