BIG EAST Trophy Tour Comes to Seton Hall Feb. 27-28

Pirates Fans,

The 2017 BIG EAST Tournament championship trophy is coming to Seton Hall next week, the last stop on the BIG EAST's Trophy Tour, the multifaceted digital and experiential campaign counting down to the league's 35^th BIG EAST Basketball Tournament at Madison Square Garden taking place March 8-11.

There are multiple ways for fans to get a chance to see the trophy, both on campus and at Prudential Center. Check out the opportunities below:

Monday, Feb. 27 - 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.

The trophy will be out on the green on Seton Hall's campus along with FREE food for students, courtesy of Dinosaur Bar-B-Que, the official BBQ of Seton Hall Athletics. Students can take photos with the trophy, buy tickets to the Feb. 28 home game vs. Georgetown and enter themselves into the lottery for BIG EAST Tournament student section tickets.

Monday, Feb. 27 - 1 p.m. to 2 p.m.

Pirate Sports Network and BIG EAST Digital Network correspondent John Fanta will hold a "Fanta Takeover" on campus, giving free rides to students on a golf cart in exchange for performing BIG EAST Tournament tasks and/or answering BIG EAST Tournament related trivia!

Monday, Feb. 27 - 4 p.m. to 6 p.m.

The trophy will make its way to Ricalton's Village Tavern in downtown South Orange for "Pirates Happy Hour" which will consist of food and drink specials for all Pirates fans who come to see the trophy.

Tuesday, Feb. 28 - 11 a.m. - 1 p.m.

The trophy will be back on campus, this time in the University Center cafeteria, where students can take pictures, purchase tickets to the Georgetown game and enter into the BIG EAST Tournament ticket lottery. In addition, FREE blue & white cupcakes will be available for students, courtesy of Gourmet Dining Services.

Tuesday, Feb. 28 - 5:30 p.m. - end of game
