
Pirates Drop Non-Conference Meet at Drexel

PHILADELPHIA – The Seton Hall men's swimming & diving team won five events on Saturday, but ultimately fell 160.5-127.5 in a non-conference matchup at Drexel.
Junior Tim Lynch (Watertown, Conn.) won off the 3-meter board with a score of 243.67, while sophomore diver Joe Ianelli (Ventnor, N.J.) was victorious off the 1-meter board after recording a 235.20.
Freshman Ben LaClair (Belchertown, Mass.) won the 200 free after recording a time of 1:44.26. The fastest man in the BIG EAST, senior Dakota Williams (Noank, Conn.) won the 50 free after touching the wall in 21.23.
Junior Josh Tosoni (Arnold, Md.) won the 200 breast (2:06.42), and was runner-up in the 100 breast (58.48).
Up next, the Pirates will host Towson on Saturday, Nov. 3 at 1 p.m. inside the Richie Regan Rec Center. Following the meet, there will be a family, friends and alumni gathering in the Walsh Gym lobby hosted by the Pirate Blue Athletic Fund.
