Help Seton Hall in the Battle vs. Cancer

Pirates Fans,
This week is an important initiative for Seton Hall men's and women's basketball. It is Seton Hall vs. Cancer Week, and we need your support in the fight against the deadly disease!
On Wednesday at Prudential Center, the men's basketball team will be wearing shooting shirts that were auctioned off for fans who wanted to put the name of a loved one fighting cancer on the back. The initiative raised over $5,000 that will go to the American Cancer Society.
You can help increase that dollar figure by purchasing a special ticket to Wednesday's game against Georgetown (8:30 p.m.) with a portion of the sales also going to the ACS. In addition, fans will be able to make a donation at the ticket table on the concourse.
The first 1,000 fans to enter Prudential Center on Wednesday will also receive a pink t-shirt.Even if you do not receive a pink t-shirt, we encourage all our fans who are coming to the game to wear pink!
Fans coming to Wednesday's game also should pick up "Stand Up Against Cancer" card when entering Prudential Center and write in the name of a loved one who has or is battling cancer. At the under-four media timeout of the first half, we will stand in support of them.
On Friday at historic Walsh Gymnasium, the women's basketball team will be wearing shooting shirts that were auctioned off for fans who wanted to put the name of a loved one fighting cancer on the back. The initiative raised over $1,000 that will go to the Kay Yow Cancer Fund.
You can help increase that dollar figure by purchasing a special ticket to Friday's game vs. DePaul (7 p.m.) with a portion of the sales also going to the Kay Yow Cancer Fund. In addition, fans will be able to make a donation at the marketing table in the Walsh Gym lobby.
The first 500 fans to attend Friday's women's game will receive a pink t-shirt. Even if you do not receive a pink t-shirt, we encourage all our fans who are coming to the game to wear pink!
