Only One Week Until the Beefsteak Virtual Dinner!

Pirates Fans,

There's only one week remaining until the 2020 Virtual Beefsteak Tip-Off Dinner takes place to usher in the start of the men's and women's basketball seasons! Registration is currently live online at SHU.edu/beefsteak, and the program will begin promptly via livestream at 8 p.m., Eastern.

Returning as Master of Ceremonies for the Beefsteak is Seton Hall alumnus and FOX/BIG EAST basketball personality John Fanta '17, who will conduct live Q&A sessions with head basketball coaches Anthony Bozzella and Kevin Willard. In addition, making appearances during the livestream will be:

Women's basketball Hall of Famer Jodi Brooks '94, who guided the Pirates to the 1994 NCAA Tournament Sweet Sixteen.
Men's basketball Hall of Famer Arturas Karnisovas '94, who played in four NCAA Tournaments and won two BIG EAST Tournament Championships with the Pirates.
Men's basketball Hall of Famer Adrian Griffin '96, who appeared in two NCAAs and helped The Hall win the 1993 BIG EAST crown.
Members of the current men's & women's basketball teams.

Now in its 12th year, the annual Beefsteak Tip-Off Dinner serves not only as the start of Seton Hall basketball season, but also as a critical fundraiser for the program's operations. The investment in Seton Hall basketball from loyal Pirate Blue members has resulted in sustained success on the court and in the classroom and the development of student-athletes into college graduates.
