Newark, N.J. - The Seton Hall men's basketball team will look to even up its non-conference record Tuesday night when it hosts the Wagner Seahawks at Prudential Center. This marks the fifth time in six seasons that the two programs are connecting on the hardwood. Three of the previous four matchups took place at Walsh Gym. The last time Wagner visited The Rock was Dec. 20, 2017, an 89-68 Pirates win.
On Sunday, the Pirates came back from a 19-point deficit at Penn State to defeat the Nittany Lions in overtime. It was the largest Seton Hall comeback in over a decade. The Pirates had trailed Robert Morris by 23 points in November 2007 and came back to win in overtime.
Home is where the heart is for the Pirates, who are 73-11 in non-conference games at Prudential Center all-time.
Tuesday's game will be nationally televised on FS1, simulcast on the web through FOX Sports Live and FOX Sports app. Gary Cohen and Dave Popkin will have the radio call on AM970 The Answer, simulcast on XM 383, the Pirate Sports Network and the TuneIn app.
