Program
The Pirate Blue Athletic Fund is hoping for your support during the University's Seton Hall Day of Caring taking place on April 21-22, 2020.
Although the normal Donor Matching Day and 50 state challenge initiatives are postponed due to these unprecedented times, the Pirate Blue Athletic Fund continues working to support Seton Hall University student-athletes and the Department of Athletics. Pirate Blue strives to embrace and engage the most dedicated Pirate fans within the Seton Hall community to further promote the passion and camaraderie that makes the University so unique. If you have the means to help contribute next week, we hope you will consider making a donation.
This pandemic has affected many student-athletes and will continue to affect them moving forward into next year. Due to the NCAA cutting national distributions to member institutions and passing legislation to grant spring sport student-athletes a waiver to gain back a year of eligibility, there is a greater financial need on our athletics department to continue providing the best student-athlete experience.
We all feel for each of our programs and student-athletes who will not have the opportunity to complete their seasons and compete for championships this spring. Now more than ever we need to lean on the strength of our relationships, and come together as a community to support each other as we all try to understand and get through this difficult time without the sports that we love.
As we come together as a Seton Hall community, we hope that you can share with us your Pirate Pride on Day of Caring by connecting via social media. Tag our @SHUAthletics (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter) account and use the hashtags #SetonHallStrong and #HALLin.
