NOTES YOU NEED TO KNOW
- This will be the first regular season game played in Walsh Gymnasium since Nov. 9, 2019 when the Pirates defeated Stony Brook, 74-57.
- The Pirates are 425-142 all-time in Walsh Gym and have won 26 straight regular season games dating back to 1989.
- Saturday will be the third of five-consecutive games where the Pirates are the home team following two weeks playing on the road.
- The Hall is off to its best start since 2017-18 when it began the season with a 9-1 record.
- The Hall is one of only seven teams with a top-five win this season (Gonzaga, Duke, UCLA, Arizona, Dayton, Ohio State) and the only team in the country with a top-five road win.
- The Pirates have held five of its first seven opponents to 65 points or less and currently rank 31st in adjusted defensive efficiency by KenPom.
- Seton Hall was ranked in the AP Top 25 for the second consecutive week on Monday as the Pirates came in at No. 25.

- Since 2016-17, the Pirates are 16-6 against non-conference opponents when nationally ranked.

- Graduate forward Alexis Yetna (Paris, France) is averaging 12 points and 8.7 rebounds over the Pirates' last three games.
- Senior guard Jared Rhoden (Baldwin, N.Y.) was named to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll on Monday after averaging 22.7 points and 5.3 rebounds in a 2-1 week for the Pirates.
- Rhoden, who scored a career-high 29 points in the loss to Ohio State, was also named to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll on 11/22Â following a 16 point, five rebound performance at No. 4 Michigan.
- The Pirates' 67-65 win over the Wolverines was the program's 10th all-time win over an Associated Press top-five ranked team and their first-ever on the road against a non-conference opponent.
- Just two full seasons and six games into his Seton Hall career, graduate student Ike Obiagu (Abuja, Nigeria) has swatted 135Â career shots at Seton Hall and is sole possession of sixth place on program's career blocks list.
- The Pirates return four of their top six scorers from last season, add three transfers who have combined for over 1,400 career Div. I points scored and bring in a top-25 rated freshman recruiting class that will help Seton Hall once again compete for another conference championship and NCAA Tournament bid.
WALSHÂ GYM: NEW & IMPROVED
- Historic Walsh Gymnasium -- the primary home for the Seton Hall women's basketball and volleyball teams -- received a facelift this past offseason that greatly modernized the facility.
- The facelift on Seton Hall's iconic athletics facility included:
- Replacing all the old seats with new ones as well as replacing the bleachers on the court level with chairbacks.
- Installation of a center-hung scoreboard and videoboard panels to the left and right of the stage as well as a new sound system.
- Replacing existing portable baskets with new affixed baskets that come down from the ceiling.
- New hardwood court, new paint and Seton Hall branding.
