Manchester, Conn. - Junior Aina Plana Ventosa earned a straight sets win at No. 3 singles to highlight the Seton Hall women's tennis team's visit to UConn as the Pirates lost the match, 6-1, Sunday at the Magic Lincer Tennis Club.
Facing off against Aleksandra Karamyshev, Plana Ventosa recorded a 6-0 shutout in the first set and then won the second set, 7-5, to pick up her third singles win of the spring and 10th overall.
