New Providence, N.J. - The Seton Hall women's tennis team fought hard in its match against Rutgers, but dropped a 7-0 decision to the Scarlet Knights, Saturday night at Murray Hill Tennis & Fitness.

"The girls fought really well," said Seton Hall head coach James Enzler. "Although the score doesn't reflect it, that was, from top to bottom, the hardest we have competed and consistently fought throughout all our matches. If we continue to give effort that way throughout the rest of the season, this team will make massive strides."

Seton Hall is back at home on Friday, Feb. 16 to take on Rider at Murray Hill Tennis & Fitness in New Providence, N.J. Match time is 6:45 p.m.
