Seton Hall makes its first ever trip to the Little Apple to face Kansas State on Saturday afternoon.
The only meeting between the Pirates and Wildcats came 85 years ago, when Seton Hall earned a 34-29 win over K-State on Dec. 30, 1940.
That win over Kansas State was in the midst of the Pirates' program-record 41-game winning streak, which spanned parts of three seasons from 1939-41.
The Pirates are seeking their first win over a Big 12 foe since downing Texas, 64-60, on Dec. 7, 2021.
The Longhorns were ranked No. 7 in that game, which served as Seton Hall's last non-conference ranked win before it defeated No. 23 NC State at last week's Southwest Maui Invitational.
