NOTES YOU NEED TO KNOW

- The Pirates have overcome double digit second half deficits to win in each of their last three games.
- Last time out, the Pirates erased an 11-point second half deficit to defeat Georgetown, 76-67, in Washington, D.C. on Saturday.

- The Pirates opened the year with a six-game winning streak, the team's longest streak under Shaheen Holloway. The last time The Hall won six straight was Feb. 19-March 9, 2022.
- Stephon Payne racked up the accolades last week after his 18-point, 16-rebound performance at Providence on Dec. 19.
- Payne brought home BIG EAST Player of the Week honors and was also named one of the USBWA National Players of the Week.
