2020 Men's Basketball BIG EAST Tournament
Q. When is the 2020 Men's Basketball BIG EAST Tournament?
A. The BIG EAST Tournament takes place on Wednesday, March 11 through Saturday, March 14 at Madison Square Garden. As the No. 3 seed Seton Hall received a bye into the quarterfinals and will face No. 6 seeded Marquette on Thursday, March 12 at 9:30 p.m.

Q. How can I purchase tickets?
A.  Single-session tickets can be purchased via Ticketmaster. There are no additional tickets available through Seton Hall.

Q. Will Seton Hall sell tickets?
A. Seton Hall previously sold all-session tickets to Pirate Blue supporters. At this point, our allotment is sold out.

Q. I purchased all-session tickets through Seton Hall and have not received them yet. Who do I contact?

Q. I am a Seton Hall student. How can I purchase tickets for the BIG EAST Tournament?
A. Student tickets were distributed to Blue Beard Army members via a lottery that took place on Friday, March 6. At this point, Seton Hall has sold out of its allotment of student tickets.

Q. Where is the "Seton Hall Section"?
A. There is no designated Seton Hall section as each school's ticket allotment is spread out throughout the arena. For team bench assignments, as you face the official scoring table, the visiting (lower seeded) team occupies the bench to the left and the home (higher seeded) team occupies the bench to the right.

2020 Men's Basketball NCAA Tournament
Q. When is the 2020 Men's Basketball NCAA Tournament?
A. The NCAA Tournament will take place on Tuesday, March 17 through Monday, April 6. Seton Hall will learn its tournament seed, region, first-round opponent, and location during Selection Sunday on March 15. The NCAA selection show will begin at 6 p.m. Eastern and will be nationally televised on CBS.Â

Q. How can I purchase tickets?
A.  Tickets for each of the rounds/venues can be purchased through the NCAA.

Q. Will Seton Hall sell tickets?
A. Yes, Seton Hall will have a limited number of tickets for sale to Pirate Blue donors. The Seton Hall Ticket Office will send out an order form and additional ticket information on Sunday night following the Selection Show on March 15. You may also place an order by calling the Ticket Office at 973-275-4255. More information will also be made available on SHUPirates.com.

Q. Do I need to be a Pirate Blue supporter to purchase tickets?
A.  Yes, NCAA Tournament Tickets will be allotted to purchasers based upon your annual Pirate Blue Athletic Fund donation within this current fiscal year (July 1, 2019 - June 30, 2020), and there will be a minimum donation amount to be eligible to purchase tickets. Tickets will not be guaranteed even if you have made the minimum donation.

Q. What if I don't meet the minimum Pirate Blue donation amount?
A.   If you would like to make a donation to the Pirate Blue Athletic Fund, it is not too late and can be done online right now.

Q. I placed an order for NCAA Tickets through Seton Hall after Selection Sunday. What's the next step?
A. Your ticket order is not guaranteed. You will be notified by Tuesday, March 17, if your order is filled/not filled.

Q. I am a Seton Hall student. How can I purchase tickets for the NCAA Tournament?
A. There were be a limited number of tickets available to current Blue Beard Army members. Tickets will be distributed via a raffle and initial orders/entries can be placed via the same method as above.
