BEFORE SETON HALL: Averaged 15.2 points per game, 6.4 rebounds per game, 1.1 assists per game, and 1.1 steals per game while shooting 39.7% from the field and 38.9% from three as a sophomore at Rockland Community College (NY) last season ... On January 27th against ASA Brooklyn Avengers, Mercado recorded a season high 27 points on 7-11 shooting from behind the arc, to go along with 7 rebounds.
