Jennifer joined the Pirates in the fall of 2016 as a volunteer assistant to head coach Riza Zalameda. She comes to Seton Hall with many years of tennis experience. She grew up in New England playing junior tennis from age 10 and moved on to play for Cornell University in the 1980’s.

An accomplished junior tennis player, Jennifer reached the Top 10 in New England in junior play and began her career at Cornell University in the No. 1 position as a freshman. A lifelong tennis lover, Jennifer still competes in USTA league play, as well as national mother-daughter tournaments with her Division I college-bound daughter.

In Jennifer’s role as assistant coach, she works with the team on the complete student-athlete experience, offering advice and assistance on and off the court.

Jennifer is on the board of directors and executive committee for Tenacity, a nonprofit organization based in Boston that offers tennis, literacy support and life skills to inner-city Boston kids.
