Men's Basketball Games To Be Broadcast On The Web

SOUTH ORANGE, N.J. As part of the newly designed Seton Hall athletics homepage, fans will have the ability to listen to all of the Seton Hall men’s basketball games online at www.shupirates.com. The live audio will stream the radio broadcast of SHU’s radio team of Gary Cohen and Dave Popkin. The first broadcast will be available for the Saturday, Nov. 11, game against Caldwell College beginning at 12:45 p.m. with the Wachovia Bobby Gonzalez Report.

Fans will be given a free preview of the web broadcasts in November and December. Beginning with the January 3 game against Rutgers, the games will be carried through the “Hall Pass” which will be the home of premium multimedia content on the athletics website.

The commercial broadcast of Seton Hall’s games will still be available on WABC (770 AM), WEPN (1050 AM) and WQEW (1560 AM) throughout the season, but now fans from outside of the New York-metropolitan area can follow the Pirates online. The online broadcast will include the pre-game and post-game shows.
