SOUTH ORANGE, N.J. Seton Hall used a 26-2 run midway through the second half to pull away from a feisty William Paterson team and go on to an easy, 83-56, victory in exhibition action, Friday at Walsh Gym. Freshman Eugene Harvey ( Seton Hall owned a six-point halftime lead and the statistics reflected just how even the first half was played.
