
Men's Basketball Races Past William Paterson, 83-56, In Exhibition Action

SOUTH ORANGE, N.J. Seton Hall used a 26-2 run midway through the second half to pull away from a feisty William Paterson team and go on to an easy, 83-56, victory in exhibition action, Friday at Walsh Gym. Freshman Eugene Harvey ( Seton Hall owned a six-point halftime lead and the statistics reflected just how even the first half was played. From the floor, Seton Hall shot 44.8 percent to William Paterson’s 44.0 percent and the rebounding war was dead even at 16.
