Sophomore guard Ebonie Williams ( The Pirates got off to a quick 4-0 lead on layups by junior Nicole Emery ( The Peahens tied the score at 12 on a 3-pointer by House with 8:08 to go. Williams finally broke a drought of nearly five minutes with nine straight points as Seton Hall assumed a 21-17 lead with 3:41 left. Freshman Shanai Heber (Paterson, N.J.) followed with a layup and two free throws to push the lead to eight, and the Pirates took a 27-19 lead into intermission. The Hall pushed the lead to 10 on a score by Womack on the interior with 16:32 to play. The Pirates quickly made it into the double bonus and kept the lead above eight for the remainder of the half. Freshman Kandice Green ( A 6-0 run by the Peahens cut the deficit to nine with just under four minutes left. Senior Jadis Rhodin ( Rhodin added 11 points and four steals for the Pirates, who shot 42.3 percent for the game.
