PROVIDENCE, R.I. Seton Hall senior forward Noteisha Womack (Washington, D.C.) was named to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll after scoring 12 points and grabbing 18 rebounds in the Pirates’ win over North Carolina State.

Womack, the nation’s leading rebounder, was also recently named to the Naismith Trophy early season watch list.  Shavonte Zellous of Pittsburgh was named the Player of the Week, while Da’Shena Stevens of St. John’s earned the Rookie of the Week Award.

Joining Womack on the Honor Roll were Laura Kurz of Villanova, Monique McLean on St. John’s, Maya Moore of Connecticut and Janae Stokes of USF.
