PROVIDENCE, R.I. - Sophomore Kandice Green (Baltimore, Md.) was named to the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll after scoring a career-high 24 points against Saint Peter's on Saturday.

Green also grabbed 12 rebounds for her sixth double-double of the season.  In 36 minutes, she hit 6-of-11 field goals while sinking a personal best 12-of-14 free throws.

Brittany Ray of Rutgers earned the Player of the Week Award, while Shenneika Smith picked up Rookie of the Week honors.  Joining Green on the Honor Roll were Ashley Barlow of Notre Dame, Sarah Miles of West Virginia, Maya Moore of Connecticut and Sam Quigley of DePaul.
