
Men's Basketball 2009-10 BIG EAST Opponents Announced

SOUTH ORANGE, N.J. The BIG EAST Conference unveiled the 2009-10 men’s basketball opponents matrix for all 16 member schools on Thursday. For the third straight season, each school will play 18 conference games with a format featuring 12 opponents once and three teams twice. Seton Hall will face Pittsburgh, Rutgers and West Virginia both on the road and at home next season.
Seton Hall’s nine BIG EAST home games include Cincinnati, DePaul, Louisville, Marquette, Notre Dame, Pittsburgh, Rutgers, Syracuse and West Virginia. All nine games will be played at the state-of-the-art Prudential Center in Newark, N.J.
The Pirates will travel to Connecticut, Georgetown, Pittsburgh, Providence, Rutgers, St. John’s, USF, Villanova and West Virginia.
All game dates, times and complete television and radio information, will be announced at a later date.
