
Men's Basketball Radio Schedule Announced

SOUTH ORANGE, N.J. - Seton Hall athletics announced on Friday the 2010-11 men's basketball radio broadcast schedule for the Seton Hall Basketball Radio Network. For the eighth consecutive year, play- by-play voice Gary Cohen and color analyst Dave Popkin will team up to call all the Pirate action.
77 WABC will serve as the flagship station for Pirates Basketball and will air all weekend games over their 50,000 watt clear channel signal.
"We are proud to have 77 WABC once again serve as our flagship station and are excited to add AM 1600 WWRL, Classic Oldies WMTR 1250 AM, WOBM-AM 1160 and 1310 AM to the Seton Hall Basketball Radio Network," stated Duane, Bailey, Deputy Director of Athletics. "It is important to us that all of our fans can tune in to hear the Pirates games if they can't be there in person."
Weekday games will be aired throughout New York City and New Jersey on AM 1600 WWRL, Classic Oldies WMTR 1250 AM, 1160 WOBM-AM and WADB 1310 AM. Pirate fans outside of the radio market can tune in to hear Seton Hall basketball live on SHUPirates.com, the official website of Seton Hall University Athletics.

As in the past, every Seton Hall game, home and away, will also be heard on WSOU 89.5 FM, Seton Hall's student radio station.
The Pirates will tip off the season on the road on Friday, November 12 at Temple. Their home opener will be Sunday, November 14 vs. Cornell. Seton Hall's first BIG EAST game of the season will also be at the Prudential Center vs. USF on Tuesday, December 28.
