
Men's Basketball TV Schedule Announced

SOUTH ORANGE, N.J. - Seton Hall athletics announced on Friday the 2010-11 men's basketball television broadcast schedule. Overall, at least 22 of the Pirates' 30 regular season games will be televised with nine games on national television.
Seton Hall's games in the 2010 U.S. Virgin Islands Paradise Jam may be carried by Fox College Sports and Fox Sports Net. The Pirates' only two non-televised home games, Longwood (12/13) and NJIT (12/19), will be streamed live via the Pirates Sports Network at www.SHUpirates.com.
All 18 of the Pirates' BIG EAST match-ups will be televised either nationally or regionally this season. National broadcasts include a non-conference tilt with Arkansas on Dec. 8 as part of the DIRECTV SEC/BIG EAST Invitational. That game will be carried by ESPN2. Dayton on Dec. 22 and Richmond on Dec. 26 will be carried by ESPN3.com. The Pirates game at Cincinnati on Dec. 31 will be shown on ESPN2. Seton Hall's games at Louisville on Jan. 5, vs. Connecticut on Feb. 5, at Rutgers on Feb. 12 and at Notre Dame on Feb. 26 will all be carried by ESPNU. The Pirates will host St. John's on March 3 with the game being shown on either ESPN or ESPN2.
The remaining 12 conference games will be BIG EAST Network local telecasts with 10 being broadcast on SNY and two being shown on MSG. Seton Hall's non-conference game vs. Cornell on Nov. 14 will also be shown on SNY.
The Pirates' contests vs. Syracuse on Jan. 8 and Rutgers on Jan. 22 have been designated as BIG EAST Network Games of the Week.
