PROVIDENCE, R.I. - Senior Meghan Matusiak (Winfield, Ill.) earned a place on the BIG EAST Weekly Honor Roll after helping the Seton Hall volleyball split a pair of matches over the weekend.

Matusiak began the weekend with a season-best 25 kill performance against Georgetown on Friday night. Her effort helped the Pirates force a deciding fifth set after falling behind 0-2 in the match.

The right-side hitter also excelled in SHU's thrilling, 3-2, win over Villanova on Sunday, posting a team-high 19 kills to go with a season-high 16 digs.

Connecticut junior Kelsey Maving was named BIG EAST Player of the Week. Marquette's Chelsea Heier was named BIG EAST Freshman of the Week.
