Fans Enjoy Men's Basketball "Meet The Team" Event

SOUTH ORANGE, N.J. - Over 1,000 fans turned out for Seton Hall's annual "Meet The Team" event for men's basketball on Nov. 6.
The day began with a blue-white scrimmage in Walsh Gym where the Pirates faithful were able to see the 2011-12 men's basketball team in action for the first time. The Blue team, led by starters Jordan Theodore, Herb Pope and Fuquan Edwin, pulled out a two-point victory in an exciting 30-minute game. Fans had the opportunity to see Seton Hall newcomers, Aaron Cosby, Haralds Karlis, Brian Oliver, John Snow and Freddie Wilson make their public debuts.
At the conclusion of the scrimmage, all season-ticket holders were invited into the Regan Field House for the party portion of the day's events. The carnival-like setting featured food, games, face-painting, photo opportunities with the Pirates' mascot and a meet & greet with all of members of the men's basketball team.
The Seton Hall men's basketball team will make its season debut on Saturday, Nov. 12 vs. St. Francis (N.Y.) at 7:00 pm. For tickets, please CLICK HERE or call 973-275-HALL.
