Pirate Basketball Preview Set for Friday

SOUTH ORANGE, N.J. - Seton Hall fans can get their first glimpse of the 2014-2015 men's and women's basketball teams this Friday, October 17 at the Pirate Basketball Preview held at Nielsen Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram in East Hanover, N.J. Players and coaches will be on hand for a meet and greet from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m. where fans will have photo and autograph opportunities while enjoying complementary refreshments and chances to win prizes. Admission is free and open to the public. No RSVP is necessary.
Great seats are still available for the 2014-15 campaign starting as low as $153 for men's season tickets and $45 for women's season tickets. The men's basketball team is set for 14 games at the Prudential Center, which includes a Dec. 6 showdown with Rutgers in addition to full BIG EAST home slate. Seton Hall tips the season off on Sun., Nov. 16 versus Mercer. The conference schedule begins with a New Year's Eve meeting against St. John's and also features four Saturday BIG EAST home dates.
Coming off a run to the WNIT Sweet 16 in head coach Anthony Bozzella's first year at the helm, the Seton Hall women have a competitive 18-game line up at Walsh Gymnasium this season. The Pirates open the year on Fri., Nov. 14 against Rider, and will also host Illinois and Georgia in December. The BIG EAST home schedule begins on Dec. 30 versus Butler.
