Women's Basketball to team up with Jersey Cares

South Orange, N.J. - The Seton Hall women's basketball program has partnered with the Jersey Cares 19th Annual Coat Drive to aid in the collection and distribution of "gently used" winter coats for men, women, and children in need throughout the state of New Jersey. Jersey Cares is a nonprofit organization working throughout New Jersey to partner with schools and communities in need.
The Jersey Cares Coat Drive collects and distributes more than 40,000 coats each year. Please consider donating to this great cause. Women's basketball will host a coat drive in the Walsh Gym lobby on Tuesday, December 9th when the Pirates host Illinois at 7:00 p.m. Coats can be brought to the collection tables and donations will be accepted from 6 p.m. through halftime. All participants that make a coat donation will receive a gift from Seton Hall Athletics.
