SOUTH ORANGE, N.J. - Hours after a tough loss to Princeton on Thursday night, members of the Seton Hall women's basketball team were out for a pair of community service efforts on Friday (Nov. 17) morning and afternoon. Several members of the squad made a visit to RWJ Barnabas Health in Livingston, while others visited Columbia High School around the corner in Maplewood.Â
At RWJ Barnabas, members of the team and coaching staff took a tour of the brand new Cooperman Family Pavilion which includes 114 new private, single-patient rooms and a neonatal intensive care unit five times the size of the predecessor. Afterwards, they spent the afternoon visiting with pediatric patients and their families.

At Columbia High School, the Pirates spoke to a full auditorium of high school students to give them a glimpse at the "day in the life" of a collegiate student-athlete.
