STATE COLLEGE, PA. - The Seton Hall women' golf team will return to the links on Saturday, September 22 for the first two of three rounds of golf at the 2018 Nittany Lion Invitational, hosted by Penn State University.

The relaxing atmosphere continues right off the greens and into the Walker Clubhouse. In this 6,000 sq. ft. facility you'll find a complete Golf Shop filled with the latest in quality golf equipment and merchandise. Let our golf professionals share with you their expertise and answer any of your questions. Next to the Golf Shop is The Nineteenth Hole Cafe. This snack area offers a variety of food and snacks for a quick bite or a relaxing meal. The Cafe's open dining area overlooks the courses and provides the perfect compliments to a round of golf.

The Field:
In addition to Seton Hall and host Penn State, the field is comprised of 14 other teams including: Akron, Bucknell, Columbia, High Point, Pennsylvania, Rollins, Rutgers, Santa Clara, Navy, Washington, Yale and Youngstown State. Also in the field are two BIG EAST opponents, Georgetown and Xavier, which means the top three finishers in last year's BIG EAST Championship will compete at Penn State.

The Lineup:
Seton Hall will be bringing the following lineup, in order as indicated, to Penn State.
Former Pirate Macky Fouse and Mia Kness (Venetia, Pa.) each fired a 3-over-par, 75, in Sunday's final round as the Pirates placed sixth at the Nittany Lion Invitational last year. Fouse saved her best round for Sunday and finished with a 12-over-par, 76-77-75-228, to tie for 35th overall. Kness was similarly consistent, tying for 25th place overall with a 9-over-par, 74-76-75-225.

Collectively, the Pirates shot an 18-over-par, 306, in the third round, to finish sixth among 14 teams at the highly competitive Nittany Lion Invitational. Seton Hall shot a 33-over-par, 292-299-306-897. Maryland won the team title at 1-under-par.

Maddie Sager (Phoenixville, Pa.) struggled a bit in round three after being the leader in the clubhouse following two rounds. Still, she was the top Pirate performer for the tournament, tying for 15th place overall with a 6-over-par, 70-72-80-222.

Tee Times:
The field will play two rounds (36 holes) on Saturday, beginning with a shotgun start at 9:00 a.m., and a single, final round on Sunday. Sunday's round will also be a shotgun start at 9:00 a.m.
