She becomes only the fifth golfer in program history to net the honor multiple times.
NEW YORK – Seton Hall's Marta Aguilar (Casares Malaga, Spain) was named to the All-BIG EAST Women's Golf Team on Friday.
Â
Aguilar becomes only the fifth player in Seton Hall history to be named to the All-BIG EAST Team multiple times in her career, joining former Pirates Lizzie Win, Cassie Pantelas, Meghan Tenhundfeld and Ali Kruse.
Â
One could argue that Aguilar is coming off the single greatest individual year in Seton Hall women's golf history. The sophomore set Seton Hall's single-year scoring record with a 73.93 average, becoming the first golfer in program history to average under 74.00. Named BIG EAST Golfer of the Week three times, she won two tournaments during the 2025-26 school year, the Space Coast Classic and the Rutgers Invitational, giving her four tournament victories for her career, which is a career record. At the aforementioned Space Coast Classic, she tied Seton Hall's record for lowest three-round, par-72 tournament score with a 6-under-par, 68-69-73-210.
Â
Recently named Seton Hall's Sophomore Female Athlete of the Year, Aguilar is coming off a seventh-place tie at the 2026 BIG EAST Championship at Callawassie Island Golf Club.
