With Ticket Sales Flying, Department Opening Upper Level for 4 Games
10/1/2019 3:46:00 PM | Men's Basketball
South Orange, N.J. - Based on the success of 2019-20 men's basketball season ticket, mini-plan and single-game ticket orders so far, Seton Hall Athletics has opened Prudential Center upper level ticket sales for four games: Nov. 14 vs. Michigan State, Dec. 19 vs. Maryland, Feb. 23 vs. St. John's and March 4 vs. Villanova.
Â
Student tickets to these games and all other Seton Hall men's basketball home games are handled separately and are not affected by the limited availability of lower bowl general public seating.
Â
This will be the first time in the program's Prudential Center history that the upper level will be open for multiple games in one season, and the increased ticket sales are in response to a highly anticipated 2019-20 season that will feature returning All-America candidate Myles Powell (Trenton, N.J.) along with returning starters Myles Cale (Middletown, Del.), Sandro Mamukelashvili (Tbilisi, Georgia) and Quincy McKnight (Bridgeport, Conn.). The Pirates are expected to receive a preseason national ranking, and they are vying for the program's unprecedented fifth straight NCAA Tournament appearance.
Â
Fans who are still interested in lower level seats to the Michigan State, Maryland, St. John's and Villanova games can still purchase season tickets or mini-plans which guarantees them seats in the lower level. Season tickets offer the best value for Pirates fans and are available online starting at $319 per seat. There is a three-game mini-plan that includes Michigan State, Maryland and Villanova starting at $120 per seat and a six-game pick-your-own plan that starts at $198 per seat. Mini-plans are available by phone at (973) 275-4255 during normal business hours.
Â
Single game tickets for all 13 home games at Prudential Center went on sale Tuesday morning, and lower bowl seating is still available for the other nine home games, including Nov. 23 vs. Florida A&M, Dec. 22 vs. Prairie View A&M, Jan. 3 vs. Georgetown, Jan. 11 vs. Marquette, Jan. 22 vs. Providence, Jan. 29 vs. DePaul, Feb. 1 vs. Xavier, Feb. 12 vs. Creighton and Feb. 19 vs. Butler.
