MILWAUKEE - After playing six games in 12 days, the Seton Hall men's basketball team got a deserved breather after its home win over St. John's last Friday. Now the Pirates are ready to jump back into action with a Thursday night affair against a hot Marquette team that has two top-10 wins already on its resume.

Milwaukee was the site of one of Seton Hall's best wins of last season. The Pirates were scorching hot on offense, making 13 three-pointers and shooting 53.3 percent from the field in an 88-79 victory over the Golden Eagles. The win was Seton Hall's 13th BIG EAST victory of the year and proved to be the win that clinched the program its share of the conference regular season championship.

Both teams are seeking 2-0 starts to league play. The Pirates have started BIG EAST 2-0 in each of the last three seasons and five of the last six years. Marquette is seeking its first 2-0 start to BIG EAST since 2013.

Thursday night's game will be a national telecast on FS1 with Eric Collins and Steve Lavin. The dynamic duo of Gary Cohen and Dave Popkin will have the radio call on AM970 The Answer, simulcast on XM 381, the Pirate Sports Network and TuneIn.
