South Orange, N.J. - The date for the 2021 Beefsteak Tip-Off Dinner in support of Seton Hall's men's and women's basketball teams is set, and the signature Pirate Blue event will take place on Tuesday, Oct. 19 with cocktail hour beginning at 6 p.m.
