SCOUTING FORDHAM
Fordham is coming off a 15-15 season in 2024-25, which included a 9-9 mark in Atlantic 10 Conference play. The Rams' season came to an end with a 79-63 second-round loss to Duquesne in the Atlantic 10 Tournament. Graduate student Taylor Donaldson was named to the All-Atlantic 10 Third Team.
Â
This year, the Rams were picked to finish 11th in the 12-team Atlantic 10 according to the preseason coaches' poll. Fordham returns only five players from last season, led by Kaila Berry, a fourth-year senior.  Berry is joined in the senior class by Emma Wilson-Saltos, who enters her second season with the Rams, after The Bronx native came to Fordham from Monroe College last year. Fordham signed five players from the transfer portal, led by Ornella Niankan from Wichita State, and Tia "T-Mo" Morgan from Purdue Fort-Wayne.  The Rams also welcomed juniors Alexis Black from Appalachian State, Ugne Sirtautaite from Providence, and Lakresha Edwards from Miami (Ohio).
Â
Fordham enters its contest with Seton Hall with a 3-2 overall record. The Rams have registered victories over Adelphia, Saint Peter's and Stony Brook. They lost at home to NJIT by four points on Nov. 7, and most recently, fell at Niagara by eight points on Sunday. Black has been the standout so far for Fordham, averaging 19.4 points per game, which ranks 44th in the country.
