Post Named BIG EAST Male Athlete of the Week

NEW YORK – Seton Hall's Trevor Post (Bay City, Mich.) has been named BIG EAST Swimming & Diving Male Athlete of the Week, the league announced on Wednesday afternoon. It is the first conference honor garnered by a Pirate this season.
Post set a new personal best in the 1-meter dive as part of the Pirates' dominating win over Lehigh, 166-75, on Friday afternoon. The sophomore's score of 311.18 propelled him to the victory in the event. The win marked the second for Post of the season in the 1-meter dive, as he also grabbed the top spot in the event against Drexel back on Nov. 5.
Post and the Pirates return to action this week with a pair of dual meets, beginning on Friday as they take on NJIT in Newark at 3 p.m.
