South Orange, N.J. - The Seton Hall men's basketball team's penultimate home game at Prudential Center against No. 16 Xavier on Friday at 7 p.m. is sold out, Seton Hall Athletics announced Wednesday. The Pirates will be looking to top a nationally ranked Musketeers team at home for the second year in a row.
Fans coming to the game are encouraged to arrive early to avoid congestion around the parking lots and at the arena entrances. Doors will open at 6 p.m. Fans seeking tickets to the game can search for single seats or verified resale seats on Ticketmaster.com.
Seton Hall students are encouraged to sign-up for the shuttle buses that will start departing from campus at 5 p.m.
The first 4,000 fans at Friday's game (including Seton Hall students) will receive a Seton Hall branded bucket hat. In addition, it is Black Fives Celebration night. For the second straight year, the BIG EAST Conference has partnered with the Black Fives Foundation during Black History Month to celebrate and raise awareness about Black athletes, coaches, and communities who played a critical part in America's basketball history. Student-athletes from both teams will wear shooting shirts honoring their Black Fives team, and fans will learn more about the organization via the videoboard.
The Pirates will play two of their last three regular season games at Prudential Center where they are 9-4 this season. Tickets for the Feb. 28 Villanova game are still available on Ticketmaster.
