
Pirates Sign Jada Eads for 2024-25

SOUTH ORANGE, N.J. – Seton Hall women's basketball head coach Anthony Bozzella announced today that Jada Eads (Orlando, Fla.) has officially signed a national letter of intent to attend the University and play for the program beginning this fall.Â

Eads is a true freshman and will have four years of NCAA eligibility beginning this fall.

"We are so excited to have Jada and her family be a part of our Seton Hall family," Bozzella said. "Jada had a fantastic senior year topped off by a state championship and all-state personal honors. Jada will continue in the line of our great point guard tradition here at Seton Hall."

In Eads, the Pirates netted another great point guard in the mold of former stars, Ka-Deidre Simmons, Shakena Richardson, Lauren Park-Lane and Amari Wright. Named Orlando Sentinel Player of the Year, the 5-foot-5 speedster was a McDonald's All-America nominee as a senior. A 3SSB All-American, Eads is a three-time Orlando Sentinel All-Area First Team selection.

A participant in the AEBL All-Star Game, Eads scored over 1,500 career points and averaged 5.4 rebounds, 3.9 assists and 2.4 steals per game. In one momentous single-game effort, she erupted for a career-high 47 points during her sophomore year.
