
Pirates Wrap Season at NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals

BETHLEHEM, PA. – To close out the Pirates' first season under Head Coach Jacob Simon, the team finished 23rd at NCAA Mid-Atlantic Regionals with 652 points.
How it Happened
After opening the season atop the timing sheets for the Pirates, senior Logan Brunozzi crossed the line as the fastest Pirate in his final cross country meet. Brunozzi's time of 32:04.90 earned him 104th place overall and capped off his streak as a top three Pirate finisher at 15 meets.
Behind Brunozzi, another senior, Stephen Beaman, crossed the line as the second Pirate finisher. With a time of 32:29.0, Beaman ends his collegiate career as a top-three pirate finisher in 11 of his last 12 meets.
At the end of a breakout sophomore campaign, Aakash Arumugam crossed the line third for the Pirates. Arumugam's time of 32:31.50 ensured he finished as one of the top-three Seton Hall finishers in every meet.
The fourth Pirate finisher was Joseph Butler. The junior crossed the line in 138th place overall with a time of 32:51.90.
Rounding out the top five for the Pirates was junior Jeffery Grynaviski. The junior ended up in 151st place with a time of 33:24.20.
