
Pirates Bring in Ari Woodard

SOUTH ORANGE, N.J. – Seton Hall women's basketball head coach Anthony Bozzella announced today that Ari Woodard (Oviedo, Fla.) has officially signed a national letter of intent to attend the University and play for the program beginning this fall.Â

Woodard is a true freshman and will have four years of NCAA eligibility beginning this fall. She is a former high school teammate of current Pirate Jada Eads.

A 5-foot-8 combo guard, Woodard was a captain for Lake Highland Prep in Orlando, Fla. this year and was named to the Orlando Sentinel All-Area Second Team. A scorer and talented ball distributor, she led Lake Highland to 90 victories over the last four years and averaged 13 points, 3.5 assists and 2.5 steals per game over her final two years.
