H.A.L.L. Program Overview
Seton Hall University is committed to the growth and well-being of our student-athletes. We have created The H.A.L.L. Program (Helping Athletes Learn to be Leaders). The H.A.L.L. Program works in conjunction with the university's academic support staff by focusing on building leaders within the Seton Hall community while enhancing the quality of the student-athlete experience as a whole.
Mission Statement
The mission of the H.A.L.L. Program is to over the course of the student-athletes' time at Seton Hall University, be the catalyst that transforms high school graduates into student-athlete leaders, and then leaders in the professional world.Â
Program Components
The H.A.L.L. Program will consist of five different components, each beneficial in their own way in aiding in the development of a future leader. The five components are Leadership Development, Student-Athlete Welfare Enhancement, Academic and Athletic Success Initiatives, Community Enrichment, and Spiritual Growth. Each of these components will provide the student-athletes with the skills and resources necessary to face and overcome potential challenges, on and off the playing surface, and to be as successful as they possibly can be inside the classrooms and in their future. For more information on each component, use the navigation bar above.
