In September of 2018, Jackie Mullens was officially named an assistant coach on head coach Natalie Desjardins' staff.
A 2016 graduate of Rutgers University, Mullens joins the Pirates’ program after spending the summer as the assistant director of junior golf at the Anchor Golf Center in Whippany, N.J. There, she had several daily responsibilities which include scheduling, managing the POS system, assisting with facility operations and teaching golf skill and strategy to junior golfers of all ages.

Mullens has also served as a golf coach at Oak Knoll High School, and was the event operations volunteer for the Rutgers University women’s golf team, assisting the tournament director with the annual Rutgers Invitational.

As an undergraduate at Rutgers, Mullens was a four-year member of the golf team and saved one of her best individual tournaments for last. She shot a 5-over-par, 70-74-77-221, at the 2016 Big Ten Championship.
