Induction:
1977

A great infielder while at Seton Hall, John Monteleone had a career batting average of .335 and captained the 1964 team that won the NCAA District II playoffs and reached the College World Series. He was an All-American selection by the Sporting News that season. After graduating from Seton Hall, he played in the New York Yankees organization from 1964–67.
