Final Seton Hall Pirates Retro Jersey Online Auction Closes FRIDAY at 4pm!

You love them, we won in them and now you can own one! In celebration of the 2011 BIG EAST Championship and the NCAA Baseball Championship berth, six limited edition retro Pirates' jerseys are being auctioned off exclusively on SHUPirates.com at the Online Auction Page. These are the very jerseys worn by Seton Hall as defeated the top-seeded UCONN Huskies during the tournament and the 2010 BIG EAST Champions' St. John's in the conference championship game. Three jerseys will be autographed by the championship team. All of these jerseys will be worn during the entirety of the College World Series. Three separate auction will run from June 3rd through June 17th with one autographed and one game worn jersey in each auction:
- Auction 1: June 3rd, 2011 9:00am - June 8th, 2011 12:00pm (closed)
- Auction 2: June 8th, 2011 1:00pm - June 13th, 2011 12:00pm (closed)
- Auction 3: June 13th, 2011 1:00pm - June 17th, 2011 4:00pm
Each auction segment will feature one signed game-worn jersey and one unsigned game-worn jersey.
The loss to Arizona in the Game Five of the College Station Regional ends the Pirates' memorable season with a final record of 34-25, the most wins by the program since 2001. In a season that featured an 18-inning, 1-0 victory over Louisville, a nine-game win streak and a 4-0 victory over Arizona in the NCAA Regionals, among many other achievements, Seton Hall's greatest triumph was winning its third BIG EAST Championship.
