CHICAGO - Riding a three-game winning streak into the second half of BIG EAST play, the No. 25 Seton Hall women's basketball team (16-4, 6-3 BIG EAST) visits No. 21 DePaul (16-6, 8-1 BIG EAST) on Friday afternoon at McGrath-Phillips Arena. The Pirates and Blue Demons will square off for the second time this season in a rematch of the 2015 BIG EAST Championship title game, after DePaul secured an 86-74 victory on Jan. 5 in South Orange. Tip is set for 1 p.m. on the BIG EAST Digital Network and FOX Sports GO app.
ALL-TIME VS. DePAUL
The Pirates are 3-12 all-time against DePaul, but have split the last four meetings with the Blue Demons.
• The Hall swept the regular season series last year, but fell to DePaul in the BIG EAST Championship game
• The Blue Demons took the first meeting this season with an 86-74 victory at Walsh Gym
• Aleesha Powell (Philadelphia, Pa.) led the Pirates with 23 points in the setback, while Tiffany Jones (New York, N.Y.) turned in a 14-point, 16-rebound double-double
• In The Hall's last regular season trip to Chicago, the Pirates came away with an 81-80 victory on a game-winning lay-in from Ka-Deidre Simmons

In its most recent outing, The Hall came away with a 98-77 victory over Butler on Sunday, Jan. 24
• The Pirates jumped ahead early and never trailed, using a 14-0 run in the first quarter to build a 25-5 lead en route to the decisive triumph

• Tabatha Richardson-Smith (Bay City, Texas) had a monster day with 26 points, 11 rebounds and five assists
• Powell knocked down a career-high six 3-pointers and finished with 23 points, including 15 in the first quarter
• The Pirates held a 41-29 edge on the glass and out-scored the Bulldogs 46-30 in the paint
• Shakena Richardson (Neptune, N.J.) tied a career-high with nine assists as the Pirates assisted on 24 of their 36 made field goals
• The 98 points scored were one shy of a season-high and marked the fourth time this season the Pirates have eclipsed 90
