Seton Hall Falls at Creighton, Sunday

OMAHA, NEB. – Junior Dominique Mason (Chicago, Ill.) recorded a team-high 10 kills, but the Seton Hall women's volleyball team fell at Creighton, 3-0 (10-25, 15-25-18-25), on Sunday.

Creighton set the tone for the match right away scoring the first 10 points of the first set. With the Bluejays owning a commanding 22-10 lead, they scored the final three points to win set one, 25-10. Seton Hall's attack percentage was just .034, while Creighton erupted for a .438 mark.

The Pirates kept the second set close and a kill by Mason closed them to within 17-14, but Creighton responded with a 6-0 run to grab a 23-14 advantage. The Bluejays won set two, 25-15. Seton Hall put forth their best offensive set in the third frame, hitting at a .211 clip, but so did Creighton at .455. Creighton won set three, 25-18, to complete the sweep.

- Sophomore Sophia Coffey (Sierra Madre, Calif.) finished with a team-high 19 assists to go with six digs.
- Senior Tessa Fournier (Redondo Beach, Calif.) had a match-high 12 digs.
