The Hall Visits Marist On Tuesday Night

POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. -- Fresh off a season-opening victory on Friday, the Seton Hall women's basketball team (1-0) hits the road for the first time in the 2016-17 campaign with a trip to Marist (0-2) on Tuesday night. Tip-off from McCann Arena is set for 7 p.m. on the Red Fox Network and WSOU, 89.5 FM.Â
The Pirates defeated Savannah State by a margin of 74-60 in the season opener, led by 21 points from JaQuan Jackson (Killeen, Texas) and 16 from LaTecia "TT" Smith. Following the victory Smith, who added five steals, five rebound and three assists, was named to the BIG EAST weekly honor roll on Monday (Nov. 14).Â

Following Tuesday night's road tilt, the Pirates return home to host Boston College of the ACC at Walsh Gym. The contest will double as The Hall's "Bozzella Pizza Party" with free pizza available for students. The Hall will also raise the banner for its 2016 NCAA Tournament appearance prior to the 7 p.m. tip.
