Pirates Visit Minnesota On Sunday Afternoon

MINNEAPOLIS -- Riding a 3-0 start to the season, the Seton Hall women/s basketball team hits the road to visit Big Ten foe Minnesota (3-0) on Sunday afternoon at Williams Arena. Tip-off is set for 3 p.m. (ET) and can be streamed with Big Ten Network Plus, also available as always on WSOU, 89.5 FM.Â
The Pirates are coming off a 71-66 victory over Boston College on Thursday night, a match-up that featured 13 lead changes and six ties. Kaela Hilaire (Floral Park, N.Y.), Claire Lundberg (Andover, Minn.) and Deja Winters (Richmond Heights, Ohio) all set new career-high scoring marks in the triumph as The Hall snagged its first win over Boston College since 2001. Sunday's contest will be The Hall's first ever meeting against Minnesota, with the Golden Gophers marking the ninth team from the Big Ten the Pirates will face over the course of the program's history.Â
