SOUTH ORANGE, N.J. – Junior Haylee Gasser (Mission Viejo, Calif.) tallied a season-high 12 kills, while teammates Caitlin Koska (Franklin, Wis.) and Sophia Coffey (Sierra Madre, Calif.) notched double-doubles as the Seton Hall women's volleyball team swept DePaul, 3-0 (25-18, 25-12, 25-16), on Friday.

Gasser had a strong all-around match, compiling a team-high 12 kills, only two attack errors, and a .500 attack percentage. She also had a career-high six digs to go with three blocks.

Koska finished with 11 kills, only two attack errors, and 14 digs, while Coffey had a match-high 40 assists to go with 10 digs.

SET 1:
Seton Hall set the tone right away in set one, leading wire-to-wire after scoring the match's first seven points. After DePaul cut the lead to 11-7, the Pirates went on a 7-1 run to take a commanding 18-8 advantage. A kill by Amanda Rachwal (Bethlehem, Pa.) put The Hall in set point, 24-18, and the ensuing kill by Koska won the set for the Pirates. Seton Hall had a match-high .467 attack percentage in the first set.

SET 2:
The second set was close until Seton Hall took off on a long run to assume control. Trailing 7-6, the Pirates went on a 12-1 run to leap ahead, 18-8. Leading 19-11, The Hall finished the set by scoring six of the final seven points to claim a dominant, 25-12, second set victory. Gasser had five kills and no attack errors in the second frame alone, and the Pirates' defense held the Blue Demons to a -.025 attack percentage.

SET 3:
DePaul scored the first point of the third set, but it would be their final lead of the match as Seton Hall scored five of the next six points, and never looked back. Leading 11-7, the Pirates scored three straight points, and a kill by Abby Thelen (Ft. Mitchell, Ky.) put them up, 14-7. The Blue Demons cut their deficit to four points, 19-15, but The Hall scored six of the final seven points, and Gasser's 12^th kill of the night ended the set in Seton Hall's favor, 25-16.

Gasser had a season-high 12 kills, only two attack errors, a team-high .500 attack percentage, a career-high six digs, and three blocks.
Koska had a double-double with 11 kills, only two attack errors, an attack percentage of .346, and 14 digs.
Coffey notched a double-double with a match-high 40 assists to go with 10 digs.
Thelen had nine kills and only one attack error.
Senior Cherise Hennigan (Corona, Calif.) tallied nine kills and a team-high four blocks.
Rachwal had six kills and no attack errors.
Freshman Eden Dolezal (La Porte, Ind.) had a team-high 16 digs.
Seton Hall recorded a .333 attack percentage for the match, while DePaul attacked at .093.
The Hall had 48 team kills, while the Blue Demons had 31.
The Pirates totaled 59 team digs, while DePaul had 51.

Seton Hall improves to 7-14 overall and 2-6 in the BIG EAST, while DePaul falls to 5-14 overall and 3-5 in conference play.
The Pirates are now 18-1 all-time against DePaul.
The Pirates improve to 4-8 in three-set matches.
Coffey notched the team-leading 35^th double-double of her career and her fourth of the season.
Coffey reached the 40-assist mark for the third time this season and the 18^th time in her career.
The Hall is now 7-1 this season when it has more kills than its opponent.
Koska's double-double is her seventh of the season.
